We started the business as a spare time retirement project. We put our hearts and souls into it – and found it to be much more work than a full time job – and we’re now simply exhausted. We could have contracted with a management firm to continue to operate the business, but they wouldn’t have been able to meet our standards, so we just didn’t want to do that. We’re retiring for real now.
