Regular Rates

   Nightly: (2 night min)
   Weekday nights (Sunday through Thursday nights) – $150.00 / night
   Weekend nights (Friday through Saturday nights) – $225.00 / night

   Weekly:
   (7 night stay) – $1,050.00 / week

   Monthly:
   (4 week stay) – $4,100.00 / month

   (Specific Seasons & Holidays may be priced differently.)

Winter Rates

     in effect 1/16/18 – 3/29/18

   Nightly: (2 night min)
   Weekday nights (Sunday through Thursday nights) – $140.00 / night
   Weekend nights (Friday through Saturday nights) – $190.00 / night
   Weekly:(7 night stay) – $1,050.00 / week

   (Specific Holidays may be priced differently.)


Pet Fee:
   $30.00 Pet Fee per stay

Security Deposit:  per stay
   $50  (booking via VRBO/HomeAway & FlipKey/TripAdvisor)
   $100  (booking via Airbnb – 100 is their minimum allowable)

Tax:
   10.3%   (5.3% State & 5% County)

Military Discount:
   10% with valid ID when arranged prior to booking

Reservation / Cancellation Policies

Rainbow Views’ own Cancellation Policy (below) may be superseded by whichever booking service you use. Most services do NOT send us any funds until you check-in, and obviously we can’t be responsible for refunding funds that we’ve never received, so any refunds will be governed by the terms of the booking service.

VRBO/HomeAway Terms:

  • Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
  • Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations must be made by 1:00 PM EST on the appropriate day.

TripAdvisor/FlipKey Terms:

  • Bookings with the full balance paid on time, and cancelled at least four weeks before check-in receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
  • Bookings without full balance paid on time will forfeit deposit.

Airbnb Terms:

  • Bookings cancelled up until 1 week prior to arrival receive a 50% refund, minus Airbnb fees.

Rainbow Views Policies
   (unless superseded by the booking service’s policies)

    • 50% Payment is required to reserve, with the remainder due 30 days prior to stay
    • Reservation must be made at least 1 week prior to stay
    • Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will be refunded minus a $50.00 administration fee
    • Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will be refunded only the Security Deposit
    • Two night minimum
    • No smoking
    • Well behaved dogs OK (be advised there is a County leash law)
    • Rates are a flat fee per stay with no per guest charge, but the cabin may only be prepared & supplied for the number of guests you advise us are coming.
      The County stipulated occupancy limit is 4.
    • Check-in time: anytime after 4:00 PM /
      Check-out time: anytime before 11:00 AM
      (Variations may be possible dependent on surrounding bookings.)
